The room was nicely furnished, even though it had two small windows. I only stayed here for one night, but I really enjoyed the service; it was top-notch and the staff were very attentive. 😊.

Always enjoyable and delicious breakfasts.
Picturesque and immaculately clean hotel, incredibly beautiful views of the garden. Comfy beds, absolutely perfect location really close to Blackheath town centre. And close to Katoomba which has more options for food and boutique stores, a tiled square over looking the car park and lovely gardens for walks. Early check-in, parking onsite. Everything very comfortable...

The room was very well furnished and inviting with a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe.
Excellent bedroom. Location near to Blackheath rather than Katoomba or Leura🙂

This hotel has a great location, really close to kebab shops and fast food places. It features a lovely private garden and a cozy gas fireplace in the large lounge. Plus, it's conveniently near the train station! 🌿.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in a beautiful parkland setting. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful and quiet area, yet close enough to all the tourist attractions. The gardens were stunning and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel itself was top-notch, with excellent service and housekeeping. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need. The room was cozy and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for including a sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also loved the convenience of having a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities in our room.
Although our stay was fantastic overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. The only bedding option was a very warm duvet, which made it difficult to control the temperature in bed.

The continental breakfast was excellent, with lots of different options including fruits, cereals, and dairy produce. There was also a chef's breakfast with Australian sausages, eggs, and bacon. the location was picturesque with beautiful lawns and gardens around, and it was close to a train station. the beds were also very comfortable.
The service was poor. We called in advance regarding an early check-in, but when we arrived, the room was not ready.

The dining room is fancy with beautiful decor and cozy fireplaces. The spa is a relaxing sanctuary. The tours offer wine tasting in stunning locations. The massage therapists are skilled. The restaurants offer tasty food and a great wine selection.
The hotel lacks room service, so inconvenient.

The room was nice, and the bed was comfy. The hotel was in a great location, right near the park. There was a nice view of the mountains from the room which was enjoyable to look at.
There was no dining option available, which was a bit of a disappointment since it was Christmas day. We had to travel quite a distance to find a place to eat which was inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel nestled in the gorgeous Blue Mountains. The best aspects were the spacious and well-appointed suite with a little balcony outside of the living area, the easy-to-use gas fireplace, the beautiful bathroom, and the hotel's location in a nice quiet area close enough to many tourist sights in the Blue Mountains.

Staying in a Lodge surrounded by nature was a great idea. We had a lovely time exploring the garden and breathing fresh air. There were wonderful places to eat nearby in a charming neighbourhood.
Our first night was a disaster.
